I've done all the steps I could with Apple Customer Support. Nothing that Apple can advice or do worked. The point, after like 20 minutes talk, was: you have to contact your supplier directly, because the item is no longer available in your iBooks store.
I know that the e-book is still available in US iBooks store, but it's not in PL (to answer your question - I bought it in iBooks store, not directly from you). Yancy, I'll forward you in a minute e-mail with an invoive from Apple iBooks store purchase.
