Permanon Platinum on top of Waterless wash?

I've read that it you're not supposed to, but has anyone tried? If so what kind of durability?

I do an IPA at 10% after ONRW&S. Permanon will last a lot longer than 2 washes (more like 10 washes). Most times I just wash with ONRW&S, OPC,rinse and Permanon 5% solution.
