Phone Order with Nick

I just placed a phone order with Nick because I was having some issues placing my order online. Nick was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. I used to work in the Customer Service field, and Nick is a perfect example on how customer service is supposed to be performed. He even honored free shipping for me since I was trying to place my order last night! I will continue to buy my products from AG because of great customer service, and people like Nick...someone give Nick a Gold Star!!!:awesome:

I e-mailed Nick about an order close to a month ago. Even though he was in South America at the time, he e-mailed me back saying he would be in touch with me soon.

I'm sure he had a million things to do upon his return, but he took care of my order within 48 hours of his return. Now that's what I call customer service.
