After long thought and consideration I finally picked up the new Landa ZEF electric pressure washer. I have wanted it for some time now and pulled the trigger a few days ago. I absolutely love it! This unit also has the auto on/off feature which it pretty cool so that you're not constantly having to cut the machine on and off manually.

Now it doesn't have the GPM or the pressure im used to BUT it works SO flawlessly and is whisper quiet! Not to mention no more yanking to crank or running to get gas. I feel safer too not having to worry about getting to close to the paint (luckily I only had 1 incident but the paint was flaking off a customers front bumper anyway)

I come from having a Pressure Pro 6.5 Honda with a General Pump that pushed out 3.0 GPM @ 2500 psi down to 1.8 GPM @ 1400psi and so far im very pleased with it. Just wanted to share this if anyone else was looking at this same model or something compared to it

What do you see as the advantages of a truck mounted PW vs. a Portable Unit?

Well I bought this as my stationary unit but you can pick this unit up or mount depending on your use. This unit requires a dedicated 20amp receptacle but you can pick up an adapter end for pretty cheap

Is it a self priming unit as to where if mobile it can pull water from tank on its own without need for additional pump?

I think so but not 100% sure. Good question. I know all my other pressure washers got fed from a water tank without any additional pumps.
