Because the temperature in my south Florida "show car garage" was about 86 with a nice breeze out of the southeast, I decided to try cleaning the front wheels of my 2010 Cayman with Pinnacle's Advanced Wheel Cleaner Concentrate. Feeling ambitious I jacked up the front of the car to remove both wheels while supporting the car with Jackpoint jackstands. I had not used them before and so wanted to give them a try. The jackstands are expensive, but I feel very safe using them. With the wheels off the car I rinsed them and sprayed them with the Pinnacle Wheel Cleaner at full strength. The directions allow a dilution of 3:1, but my alloy wheels had not been cleaned in a long time so they got the maximum treatment. I used the full-sized Speed Master wheel brush after letting the wheels soak for about three minutes. After brushing I rinsed the wheels to find the spots I missed, and then brushed those spots. With another rinse the wheels were very clean. I applied Bouncer's Wheel Wax with a microfiber applicator and then wiped it off with a microfiber towel. I am very pleased with the results. (I was also pleased that the Pinnacle Wheel Cleaner did no damage to the latex concrete paint on my carport floor!)
