Pinnacle PCL and AFP question

Hi I am new to the board and had a couple of questions on which of these two products is more aggressive the Paint Work Cleansing lotion or the Advanced Finishing Polish. Just looking for some feedback. I am looking for a mild cleansing of the paint no swirl remover needed at this time.

Well the polish is always going to be more agressive (remove old wax, fine swirls etc). But not sure how strong the Paint Work lotion is, P21 makes an excellent paint cleanser though.

PCL -- chemical based cleaning lotion, not really abrasive

AP -- Polish , abrasive
