Pitting in gtr paint?

So I'm in the process of correcting my new gtr's paint and I have noticed there seems to be some sort of pitting on the paint

I know of 2l1 panel that has had paint as I have been over the car with the depth gauge and it all reads the same art from the front wing but these tiny dots seem to be all over the place they resemble miniscule stone chips and I just wondered if any of you guys have come across these

I tried attach a photo but there hard pic up on camera ... the mark is at the end of the first light source

Regards Steve

Sad to say there's really not a lot you can do about what looks like a fairly deep pit or pits in the paint.

Here's an article I wrote this week. It was to answer questions someone sent me via e-mail that I turned into an article. The info applies to your paint dilemma and a lot of other people's paint issues. I'd recommend giving it a read.

Cheers Mike I think I'm going have to go down the route of learning to live with the defects I'm getting quality correction of all swirls and light scratches but the dots and spots arnt having any of it tbh the normal eye wouldn't never see them but as a detailer and the ocd that comes with it I don't like excepting defeat ... I don't know if you have any experience with kamikaze collection's artificial clear coat but I'm thinking this might be a good chance to try it out as I'm going be applying ceramic coating so seems the idea of a filler that lasts under the ceramic might just help hide the smaller of the spots ... I will do a write up and review of the product as this will be a good test of the filling abiltys I believe....

Thanks again
