I'm sure a lot of folks won't be able to admit these things are as good as they are, but I just wanted to say I bought a package of these from Wal Mart for $18.97, (40 towels!) and they work as well as any of my WAY more expensive towels, and are cheap enough to throw away rather than wash. Detail spray, wax removal, interior, etc... whatever you want to use them for they work perfectly, don't scratch, have no edges, and are the perfect size for just about anything i want to use them for. Anyone else discover these things? I can find zero fault with them.

Aren't these towels smaller than 16 x 16?
It would appear so, based upon the detail when clicking through at the Walmart site, but on the plus side they are 15 and a half inches high! ;)
7.00 x 7.75 x 15.50 Inches

You can find some hidden gems there every once in a while.

Every time we visit my in-laws, who are out of town, I haul some tools and products down to clean up their car. A couple years ago I got there and realized I was very short on rags. Rather than buying that big package I bought a smaller 3-pack. They are really only one-sided, but that soft fluffy side is actually pretty good and they have held up way longer than I expected. I only use them on interiors, but they work suprisingly well.

I thought I heard that the Costco Kirkland yellow towels were now edgeless

I don't shop there but my daughter gets me stuff from time to time

I'll probably be getting some more of those. I'll let ya know.
If they are I will immediately demote all my current ones to household use

They seem to magically migrate into the house and the boss tosses them into the regular laundry so it is hard to keep track of where they have been used

I wish they had multiple colors
