I did this for a friend of mine son's 2nd birthday..
He picked this electric pocket rocket up on a trade deal and it was a little beat up. I don't have any before pictures but I have pictures in the booth
I sprayed the white down and had a local vinyl shop cut the #1 out and his name to use for a mask for spraying, next it was tape up and the black was put on, following by the green.
These pictures are all base coat before clear
Finished up with 3 coats of clear and installation of the training wheels
I wired a AA battery pack until the rear with a toggle switch going to 3 different neons I put on the bike for the little guy...

That's the kid grandfather in the picture.. he was tickled to death with the results... fun little weekend project!
