What's it going to take to polish these neglected Mickey Thompson Classic II wheels (polished aluminum, no clear or powder coat) and is it worth it? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.

From the pictures they don't really look pitted. If they're not pitted I would polish them out. Use an aluminum polish and a mother's power ball. If bad you can wet sand them with 1000/1500/2000 paper before polishing.

Love my powerball mini.

Gary what would you seal them with, if anything?

First clean with a wheel cleaner ...
Second rewash with P21S Polishing Soap ...
Then polish with a metal polish (or likely two based upon abrasiveness) and consider PowerBall Mini
Seal with DP or Poorboys Wheel Sealant

I have had pretty good luck with M105, M205 and Wenol. I also used a little steel wool on some old mag aluminum wheels. I have some pics, but they were to big to load.

I just cleaned up a set of rims with meg mag & alum polish and a power ball, they turned out better then new.
