Polishing pad problem velcro sheet peeling off

One of my Lake country's polishing pad got its velcro sheet starting peel off. Does anyone know any specific adhesive that can save life of this pad?

There are certain companies in the detailing product business that stand behind their products 100%.

Lake Country is one who does.

Cannot say the same for all others, unfortunately.
 
Polishing pads are a consumable material that you have to replace from time to time. How many times have you used it?

I haven’t used it so often. It is like the life of pad products is governed by the back sheet adhesion...
 
I've had a couple Lake Country constant contact pad's velcro delaminate. It isn't all that common.
 
Can happen due to a defect but usually is caused by pad getting too hot or you letting it dry with Velcro side down.
 
I never thought about drying with the velcro down being an issue. Thanks

Yeah, you want the water to wick away from the velcro bond, not towards it.

Another tip I learned here on AGO. :)

Also keeps dust and other contaminates from settling on the pad face.
