i have a new 2013 silverado that i want to get near perfect. the paint is in decent condition, ive found some RIDS and light isolated swirl marks i want to get rid of. i will be working with these polishers:

-Flex 3401
-G110v2 w/ 4in pads
-Hand drill as my rotary

I have green, orange, white, red Adam's pads (similar to LC pads)

The polishes i have are Menzerna SIP & SF. What do you guys suggest doing first? I was thinking SF on a orange pad? IDK what yall think?

It's been said a million times ... do a test spot first. You may get away with just a polishing pad if the defects are light enough. Also depends on the color of the vehicle.

Either the Flex or GG should do the trick. Post up some before and after pics. Have fun.

I agree rmagnus advice, and would like to add make sure the truck is washed, clayed and then test the worst area. If you correct the worst area the rest will give excellent results.

I would recommend a set of Meguiars Microfiber (Cutting & Finishing) Discs. Along with Meguiars M100 compound
