My question is how many times can you safely use a one step polishing product on a clear before issues with thickness pops up. I have a Toyota Camry that has been polished once with a mega one step product and an orange LC pad four years ago and I am considering hitting it again with blackfire one step in the spring. It is a daily driver with 120,000 mike's on it.

A one step is not very aggressive, unlike a compound and polish. Four years between polishes is a long time for a daily driver. Not protecting it for four years on a soft Toyota paint could give you problems with your clear coat. Only way to tell is use a PTG. "Mike's on it"??????

Oh it has never not been protected, always waxed/sealed. Used products with masking, filling properties. Looking to polish her up after winter and just curious about how much clear a one step removes

50 to 100 times before I'd even start to think about it provided you never got carried away around any edges.
