Recently ordered 2 pots of the on sale fuzion from autogeek and asked for the free wolfgang shampoo to be added as a price match from wolfgang website. Get a call saying that there was a mistake on wolfgang website and i should have never saw that. Ok no biggie , then my 2 fuzion show up with the wrong towels that come with the fuzion so i called Danielle 2 weeks and left 3 messages for her to call back so i can get the correct towels that i bought and paid for , i wait several days no call back. I then call Nick and left him a message last week , no call back. I called several times since and neither of them answer there phones or ever return my calls. Between being misled about the free wolfgang auto bath and told opps our mistake were not giving you that, and then sending the wrong towels, not returning my calls over a 2 week period im disgusted with autogeek. I know there are a lot of fan boys that will defend autogeek but this is not right. All i asked for on the messages i left them was to send me what i bought and paid for, but being ignored is not a way to do business. At this point i will be looking elsewhere for my detaling needs.
