Poor Autogeek Customer service

Recently ordered 2 pots of the on sale fuzion from autogeek and asked for the free wolfgang shampoo to be added as a price match from wolfgang website. Get a call saying that there was a mistake on wolfgang website and i should have never saw that. Ok no biggie , then my 2 fuzion show up with the wrong towels that come with the fuzion so i called Danielle 2 weeks and left 3 messages for her to call back so i can get the correct towels that i bought and paid for , i wait several days no call back. I then call Nick and left him a message last week , no call back. I called several times since and neither of them answer there phones or ever return my calls. Between being misled about the free wolfgang auto bath and told opps our mistake were not giving you that, and then sending the wrong towels, not returning my calls over a 2 week period im disgusted with autogeek. I know there are a lot of fan boys that will defend autogeek but this is not right. All i asked for on the messages i left them was to send me what i bought and paid for, but being ignored is not a way to do business. At this point i will be looking elsewhere for my detaling needs.

I'm always surprised to hear about the same customer that has issue after issue with our company, while the other 99.99999% of our customers never experience a hiccup with our services. I can't help but wonder in these rare instances, is it us or is it you?

We've tried our best, on multiple occasions, to keep you satisfied by extending discounts, promotions, and special favors on various websites that we own and operate.

I regret hearing that you will no longer shop with Autogeek, because every customer matters, even those that seem impossible to please. But at some point we have to analyze whether or not it makes sense to continue to do business with certain people. I sincerely wish you the best of luck with your new supplier of choice for all your car care needs.

Rest assured I will extend our customer service, even though we've cut our ties, and send you a pre-paid return label for any previous purchases made within the last 30 days that you would like to return for a full refund.
