Hi,

I was reading that this is a sealant...

sorry if its dumb to ask but im not fimiliar...
Does this mean if you pass this sealant you do not need to pass wax?

Thanks

Yes a sealant can be used as your final protection. You do not need to top it with a carnauba wax but you can.

Thanks for the quick reply... i used mothers wax over it *i had some left* anyways it caused some dusting after days...ill test with exp and not to confirm..

Thanks :)

If you're going to lay some nuba on top of it already, you way you may want to try PB EXP w/nuba when you run out of your EXP ... just a suggestion

Im using a black/grey LC pad.. is that the correct pad to apply EX-P.. or should i use my wax applicators by hand. I dont mind doing it manually just want to be sure that the right one for the machine.

Also if someone has tips on using it like apply evenly, and how long to wait before wipe off?

Thanks

Typically, sealants require at least 30 minutes vefore you can wipe it down. You can apply it evenly, and thin, and then go a second coat to ensure good coverage

ok..thats no problem..if i apply with a LC black pad (finishing paD) is thatok?

The black pad is fine, also sealant normally need 12-24 hrs to prpoerly cure before being toped.

And to add to the above don't use a cleaner wax on top of any sealants. They will just remove the sealant underneath wasting your product, time, and durability.

From personal experience I've found that EX-P looks good, but it doesn't last to save your life. Horrible!!!

Yes; I honestly feel WG would have lasted just as long if not longer. I may trade it off despite how well it looked on the mustang.
