Hello all,

I decided to do a review on Poorboys all in one Polish with Sealant.

Used:
Pc XP
White LC CCS 5.5in Pad
Poorboys Polish with Sealant (Orange)
Microfiber Towels.

As for the product itself being a one step polish and sealant it did its job. This product should only be used for correcting minor defects such as light swirls and blemishes. Again, as the product being an all in one it performed quite well on light swirling and blemishes, but could not tackle the heavier more serious defects. The cut in the polish would be somewhere around a 3-4 out of 10 being the highest. ( something similar to Megs Swirl Remover 2.0) The sealant hazed rather quickly but left a beautiful shine after wiping the product off. As for its durability I will have to let time tell me. I will post back after some time referring to the durability of the sealant. Overall I would give the product a 6.5-7 out 10 rating because it did correct the minor swirls and blemishes, but couldn't take care of the rest. There are some pictures below showing you what blemishes it removed and what it lightened.

Thanks,
Andrew

For the price and quantity that you get, the product is well worth it for minor corrections.
Thanks

It's also pad dependent. More correction is available by stepping up the pad aggressiveness.

1-Step products have come along way and the ones I've tried work incredibly well. While I haven't tried the product you've reviewed, I'm not surprised it worked out well.

Poorboy's World makes some great products. One in particular I like is Poorboy’s EX-P Paint Sealant. I've used this several times as a 1-Step product, not sure if it's intended to be used as one, and was amazed at the results..

Nice review and photos!! :props:

I used PB polish w/ sealant myself for the first time this weekend (had a sample). I was working in direct sunlight so it was the perfect chance.

I used a CCS light green pad which is typically what I use for Klasse AIO (what I normally use as an all in one with no real correction)

I was happy with the results as the direct sunlight gave me no problems at all. I didn't see very much in the way of scratch removal, but i was using a light pad. someone above mentioned its pad dependent - interested to see what a more aggressive pad would do. Seems like impressive results here with a white pad. I did definitely see a good cleaning effect on the paint, and had to clean my pad on the fly several times.

I"m going to poorboys detailfest this weekend (see you there jhaight) and i might pick up some more of this to have on hand for those sunny days and quick 1 step jobs.

on another note, Bobby G mentioned Ex-P. That is my go to sealant now for customers cars. direct sun application ok, easy to buff off, doesn't seem to be as sensitive to moisture during curing process like some sealants are.
