Powder coat rim acid burn

I have a very impatient customer with a trackhawk he decided to powder coat the wheels black. I do this vehicle weekly on Fridays but he’s annoying and takes it to a quick place during the week.
They have “burned” or etched or whatever you want to call it the paint on the wheels.
You can see streaks and run spots etc.

best he have them powdered again?
Or would it be possible to polish out?
tried a dab of hd speed just to see what would happen and it did nothing

Once they are cloudy it's time for new powder.

Unless there is some magic I haven't read about yet but I highly doubt it.
