well what do you guys think?

PowerGloss SIP or keep dreaming?
what will happen when going over the touch up with a compound or polish?
recommendations for geting that sticky tar like stuff off? i have goo gone, but open to other things
as for the corners of the bumper i was just planning on avoiding it so as to not shred the pad

maybe even go over the car with a glaze?

this car will prove to be a challenge, nothing like polishing a terd

*edit
i will be using a pc 7424

I would say with the touchup you might have to wet sand it, but I'm not sure. You may need to build the layers up first, then wet sand it, then compound and polish.

The tar, try Surf City Garage's Roadtrip Grime Destroyer.
