lol, I just got the bid for a Commercial building thats actually owned by the listing agents company, of which they want to know buy to expand their Real Estate business. I got the bid, after he was jerked around by two other guys and lost money upfront. Not going to get into all the financing jargon as most on here will pry think I'm speaking a foreign language lol
. But pulling this off, he wants my company to be their in-house/go-to place for financing for their Commercial division. All I do is pretty much Commercial, but this is excellent to grow with that. I already have another LLC on the side of which in the next few months will be our main company. And we eventually want to expand and open an Equipment Leasing division....
Biz partner and I left our companies last year and started this operation up......been one long, hard, stressful year of which is finally paying off for all the work:cheers:....especially with the RE market collapse
