Pre-wash safe for CQuartz?

Is there anything you would recommend that I can pre-spray on my car to help loosen up any dried bugs, etc...? I need it to be safe for CQ. I would follow-up with a 2BM wash.

Can I just use an APC or would that degrade the CQ?

apc wont affect cquartz coat
just rinse well after
