Well, my friend who I've know since a lil tart called me a few weeks ago. He and his mom, friends of my partens, wanted me to do a quick lil detail on her Lexus. I'm like, sure.... I know, from the past, she keeps her vehicles inside the garage and puts less than 5k miles on them every year. I saw it almost a year ago. I advised him, there "SHOULD BE" no problem with doing it since his mom knows many many high end people in this town. Well, I went over to the house and almost started to curse. LOL She did not say much to me about it until I forced her to. She advised me her son, my friend, waxed it this past November while they were is Las Vegas or something. Her son was waxing it for her birthday while they were having fun. Just look at the pics and you might catch what ticked me off. LOL

His mom knew I wanted to drive my car up to Austin, TX to kick her sons butt you know where for doing that. She was like, I know I know....... He did this on his own for my birthday. I was saying this in my head "He needs to worry about running the resturants in Austin vs. ever waxing another vehicle". Oh well.

Well, this took me a full day to do a 2 step polish plus the DP Max Wax to it. I was not able to do everything since I did not wish to scratch the black paint. I will be getting the Lexus back this afternoon to detail the interior, which I already have before pics that will be posted in here latter this afternoon.

His mom is very happy with the Lexus and advised me I will detail it once a year from here on out. She also snagged several of my business cards out of my hand. lol This series of GS 300/400 are the Lexus I've always loved. I do not like the new GSs out there. yuck. Enjoy!!

I still need to venture up to San Antonio and learn how to do clear bras on vehicles.

There are some things that I could not do to this car to get all of HIS wax spots off without scratching the black paint. I will take pics of the area(s) and post them latter to find out what you would do to correct the problem, if it's possible to correct.

Why dont you use something like P21S TAW or CG Citrus Wash to strip off prior wax etc?

Nonetheless: Great turn around!!

I looked at the pics, what are you talking about?

Sorry. Brain damage and mental thinking do not always sound right.

Her son was in from Austin, TX and waxed the Lexus while she was out of the state with her husband. Her son had wax marks all over the whole vehicle. Rubber moldings, inside the words Lexus & GS 300. Under the hood. In all the door jams. Just everywhere on the Lexus. There are some areas that I do not know how to remove the wax stains/marks and those pics will be posted latter today. Her son Manages so resturants and does not know how to detail/wax a vehicle. Not sure why he did not contact me for assistance.

When the temp/weather down here in the Deep South is 100+, I'm drained on energy by the late afternoon, so, when I run inside and post things they are not always going to sound proper. All my detail work is done under the canopy I've had for almost a year now and the temp is still have hot. The paint on the vehicles I work on is hotter than heck just from sitting under the canopy. I will have some changes in location soon, however, I just can't mention it at this time.

Wow...tell your buddy to stick to making sandwiches. ;) Just kidding! Great turn-around Stephen!

Well, here are pics of the interior work. The interior was just supposed to be a quick wipe down and vacuum. I could not do that. It’s too nice of a vehicle, so, I did a few more things to make it a little nicer. She, and her husband, is very happy with what I did to it. I get her husbands Lexus RX 330 early next month for it’s little clean up.

Now, here are pictures of what I was able to correct on the GS 300. In these pictures, you will see where my friend waxed the GS too much late last year. I tried my hardest to get all of the wax marks off the Lexus, but, just couldn't. I did not wish to scratch the vehicles paints.

Please let me know what YOU would be able to do to correct the problems.

looked like he tried detailing with the force...and failed...miserably! but great turn around!

I'll get him. I will have to cook him dinner next time he comes down here to hell (valley). He knows I can no longer smell and taste, so, he will just have to suffer with whatever I cook. HA!

The bad thing about that, everyone loves it when I cook. dang it. WHAT!!!!! I will just have to "try" something new. he he he he......
