I would like to bump my bussines up a bit, have a couple questions, first do you always us a da and try to sell the full detail with claying included? 2nd: you give them the price and they say I didn't want to pay that much, then do you remove the claying process, hoping they accept the estimate. Should i just ask them want they are looking for and quote them on what they want? 3rd: Do you apply wax or a sealant by hand or charge extra when you use a da, or use a da for correction purposes.
