problem after applying wax

I have a sierra that is black and just applied some p21s wax looked at in the sunlight and notices there are lines that reflect the sun not sure what you would call them? but how do I get rid of them its almost like it left over wax but I tried to wipe it off.

Um...had you looked at it in the sun before you applied the wax and it didn't have those lines?

What do the lines look like? Have you tried going over the lines with a quick detailer?

they are long stripes that almost shine when the sun hits it and no I will give that a try with detailer in the morning

Are the long stripes in the same pattern you used when you applied the wax?
