products that have fillers without being "a glaze"

I've worked on a couple of brand new cars that after a strong foam wash all these swirlmarks appear even before I actually touch the surface with a wash mitt. So that leads me to think that the dealership put them in during the prep, but filled them in. So any products out there that have filling capabilities without being a glaze, for example I noticed that cquartz UK does fill swirls to a certain extent.

any cleaner waxes, AIO or sealants?
