Products to use on atv/utv plastic body's and vinyl wraps

I have a can-am Maverick utv and the plastic scratches very easily. What product would be best to use to protect or seal the shiny surface?
I'm thinking about doing a body wrap. What product is best for cleaning and protecting a vinyl wrap?
