Just ordered 5 products that apply to today's promo for 20% OFF Plus Free Shipping. When I placed the order only the Free Shipping Promo Applied! When I called I was told only 1 promo per order. THIS WAS NOT STATED ON THE PROMO ADVERTISEMENT! Very upset at this. Thanks.Feed back please
 
I don't remember the promo . but u usually need to spend over 125 to get the free shipping and 20%. if u don't get over 125 u prob still get 20% but no free shipping . does that make sense ?
 
No it does not make sense. I spent 159.00. Thanks for the feedback.
 
The 20% is already taken off the Pinnacle, XMT, Wolfgang, Detailer's and Dimaondite products and does not require a promo code is how I understand it. Just add the products to your cart and then use a free shipping promo code to get free shipping on orders over $125.
 
something not right . as I take it , 20 % off house brands , and if u spend over 125 regardless of what products u get free shipping also ? got me stumped too . I don't see where u using 2 promo codes ?? another call to ag , get it straightened out .
 
What's so hard to get?

1) The "in house" brands are automatically 20% off (NO CODE REQUIRED)
2) The "promo code" is basically a free shipping code over $125

Hence, if you bought products from the in house brand and you use the code (assuming you spent $125+), you get 20% off those items and free shipping.

there is nothing wrong with AG or any need to call, just need to learn to read better

:iagree: Sorry I am also not seeing the issue OP.
 
I just placed an order for 3 of the house items on sale and got all 3 at the discounted price.

If you're assuming that there's an additional 20% promotional code required it's incorrect. The prices are already discounted 20% on the product page and will be reflected in your cart.....

Regular Prices:

Detailer's Shampoo - $19.99
Leather Combo - $49.99
XMT 360 - $15.99
