Hey all. I am looking to go legitimate over the winter months. I have already done a lot of research in this and am pretty confident that I am going to file as an LLC Corporation. I just wanted to get some feedback as to how your process went and if there was any surprises that popped up or any state specific issue I should be aware of. This is all fairly new to me so the more info I get, the better. Thanks!
