I just added a powder coated aluminum bed cover to my truck. What is the best way to protect it? Should I just wax it, or is there something better/special that I should be using?

You can use wax, sealant, or a polymer coating like Opti Coat, which is like a super durable clearcoat that is designed to be as permanent as paint. It sheds dirt and water better than bare paint. Although durable, powder coating is prone to scratching, and most of the gloss is on the outer layer, like an enamel, so polishing is not recommended.

Thanks Blackthorn. I've already got some opti-coat for the truck - just waiting for the Fuzion to wear off a little more before I apply it. If I can stretch it, I'll put that on the cover too.
