Question about getting scuff marks out of vinyl/plastic trim

I'm having a devil of a time getting these scuff marks out from a kick panel in my car. I have used APC+ 10:1 and 4:1 and been scrubbing religiously but can't seem to get rid of them.

Is there a better product out there for this purpose?

Seeing this has been unanswered, I'm going to bring this one back from the dead.

I have similar scuffs on the plastic trim around the driver seat on a 2000 Lexus GS I was cleaning up for someone, and even scrubbing it with a soft-medium bristled interior brush and Meg's APC I couldn't get more than some of the lighter ones off, and they look awful.

I was reading a few threads about people using lighter and heat gun heat to burn them off, but that seemed more of a solution for darker panels and not so much the lighter colored ones, or am I wrong?

What are some solutions to this issue?
