Question about product in my first order for AG

I just received my first order from AG and I was going through the items. The Bottle of XMT #3 looks like cottage cheese inside the bottle. It is separated, looking like orange cottage cheese and oil. Is this something that is normal or should I call customer service. There is also a sticker on the bottom that reads 072012. Which I assume is July 20, 2012.

Any input would be appreciated.

Did you try shaking it up? Sometimes product separate over time.
 
Yes, still separated. Going to let the bottle sit in some warm water and then shake it.

Didn't know if the product had a shelf life or not.
 
Did you shake the heck out of it? I have seen some if the sealants separate and you need to shake vigorously for at least 2 mins.
 
Usually not as long as it's been stored at room temperature unless it's been many years. If that doesn't work then I would go ahead and contact Autogeek.
 
My XMT #3 separates too, very easily. Shake it up and put it to work making your paint shine.
