Given the cooler tempatures, I'm interested in trying one of the rinseless washes but wondered about the following, do you use these products on wheels and wheel wells? How do you go about cleaning these areas without a hose?

Using DP 4in1 or ONR on wheels and wheel wells is fine, I do so weekly.

? I don't use a hose, that is the point of rinseless washes.

Thanks for the response, should have been how do you clean these areas without a hose - I edited the post... thanks.

Use a different mitt and lots of mix.

There was a video recently made by Anthony. He did wheels, tires, wells last with the dirty water that was left (and a dirty MF by now). He looked like he would just keep going over an area until clean. Almost like the last wipes would rinse off previous dirtier wipes. Don't know why you couldn't use a little wheel cleaner and brush dipped in this water prior, either. I've got to try this now.

Seems everyone is liking DP 4 in 1.

I have only used QEW, but not enough to get used to a rinseless wash. I'm scared.... haha

I am using both ONR and DP 4 in 1 now. Both clean very, very well. If my car is really dirty such as with salt after a snow storm, I will use DP 4 in 1 at increased strengh. DP at increased concentration suds pretty decent so I feel it may be better on dirty paint. If my paint is lightly dirty I use ONR because when finished, the paint is a little shinier and you only have to use 1/2 ounce of ONR per gallon whereas DP is 1 ounce per gallon so I get twice as much use out of my ONR.

I can suggest another method:

1. Spray down wheels/tires/wheel wells with ONR + H2O using a garden sprayer.

2. Spray same areas with Amazing Roll-Off + H2O diluted 1:1

3. Wait 5 min.

4. Scrub areas with a long wheel brush dipped in ONR solution.

5. Wipe off crud with an old MF.
