Question about shipping time

I ordered my stuff on the 28th. It still has not shipped out, is 5 days the normal just to process the order and ship it out?
 
Placed my order same day. Received a UPS tracking number a few minutes ago.
 
Well I have a tracking number now and on the website it says it's shipped, but I ordered a PC DA, 128oz ONR, and a lot of other polishes etc...and it says it's only 1.7lbs. I wonder what the tracking number is for.
 
Haha, just got another e-mail. The one item that shipped was the one they emailed me was on backorder. Everything else is still in the warehouse.

I placed my order on the 28th. I got an email that one item was backordered. Today, when I checked the order, it was still saying warehouse and another item was unavailable. I called and was told the products were discontinued (Muc Off glass cleaner and shampoo). I still have not received any notice that it shipped but the order history has a tracking number. This is the first hic up I have had with AG shipping and the FIRST time something was not in stock when it said it was.
 
I think they just had an overload amount of orders during the sale. Unfortunately as a business you need to plan for that. I'm just a little anxious and want to detail my car. haha

I've got two orders in - ordered 27th and should be here on the 4th. One I did last night, so I doubt that will arrive until the end of next week. One item (xenon inspection light) is still showing as warehoused.

I should have ordered them together to start my detail but a whole forum of information is a little mind boggling initially ;)
 
Man the rest of my items still haven't been sent out now that it's the end of the day. You guys suck for already having delivery dates. The date for the one item that's coming isn't til the 7th anyways.

I was informed by email one item was back ordered but still shows available online.
