Well I polished and sealed a car a couple months ago, and I'm looking into switching the lsp. The car sits outside all the time. My question to you guys is: when you switch lsp's on a daily driver, you don't always clay or use some sort of clay alternative beforehand, do you?

I ask this because my plan of attack is to do a quick clean and strip of the current lsp with a paint cleaner, thinking prima amigo, and apply a new lsp. The paint is in great shape, and I really don't want to clay, nor do I want to use a clay that may induce marring. Is it safe to just use amigo to strip then apply a new lsp without claying? Again, this car was just detailed a couple months ago but sits outside all the time. Thanks.

That sounds like an ideal plan of attack! No need to clay if there isn't but baggy test just in case!
