Can slogans be copyrighted or trademarked whatever it would be called to protect them from other peoples usage? If so how would you go about seeing if ones taken or if you could use it. Im not sure if they can be i dont do good with all the legal aspects and what not. I was thinking of the slogan "Let me wax while you relax" for my mobile business. Think its a good slogan or no?

Thats pretty catchy... I can see where it might be viewed as kinky/sexual as well, lol. Doubt if anyone has taken it, and if they have, they'll probably never find out. The worst that can happen is they ask you to remove the slogan, of course if you don't lawsuits follow, but I don't hink you'll have any problems. It's your business so go with what you like.
