Quick polishing question

Few months ago I bought a new car, polished it up and sealed it with WGDGPS. I can now start to see a few very light swirl marks starting to appear in it.

Question: If I'm going to polish out the swirl marks and reseal it, do I need to strip the old sealant first? Or can I just polish it the way it is now?

Fine polishes or even paint cleaners for that matter will remove any sealant or wax that may remain on the finish.

1. Wash
2. Clay
3. Polish
4. Seal
