quick question regarding 3m trizact

It's not really different, it's just abrasives attached to a thin piece of foam instead of wet/dry paper. It may help hold a little lubricant.

Yes you could attach them directly to a backing plate, but it would be better to use them with an interface pad for automotive use. The foam interface will give you more surface contact even on slightly curved panels.

thank you for that.. and what speed on the PC would you use for this 3000 sanding pad?
