The Guz Well-known member Joined Jun 17, 2013 Messages 8,785 Reaction score 65 May 1, 2016 #5 D108 at 4:1 is the only way it makes a dent for tire cleaning. It is what I am doing to use up my D108. I don't use it as a wheel cleaner since I have my wheels coated so I can't help you out there.
