So I had a few hours to kill before my better half gets home from work. I just received the Wolfgang Fuzion mini the other day and thought to myself why not. Since I'm not doing a correction until March/April ish, I would just it strip down and see what the rave was about this wax. So I washed it with Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo, smells like coconuts...bomb! A little goes a long way, 1-2oz per 5 gallons. Sudsy. Dried. Popped out the my Harbor Freight DA with a Lake Country white polishing pad. I know, I'm gonna upgrade after taxes but the HF DA works fine. I clayed it 8 months ago and thought to skip a clay job. Decided to try out my Pinnacle Cleansing Lotion to strip off the old wax. Man...I thought my car was pretty clean. This stuff pulled a lot of contaminates outta my paint. See pics of pads. Great stuff! I love this product. Now on to the mini star, Fuzion. By hand. Easy on, easy off. The no wait time to buff off is awesome. Smells good and a pleasure to apply. The shine is amazing, its hard to tell from my cell phone pics but its a warm inviting bright glossy shine. This is defiantly a show wax. I still prefer a sealant for durability and then top it off with a carnuba for pop, but I guess Fuzion has both. I stoked about this wax, a keeper for sure. Now all said and done I soaked the pads in Detailer's Polishing Pad Rejuvenator. A must have for anybody with pads. Cleaned the pads out real nice. Well enough talking, on to the pics lol. Enjoy.

Thanks :xyxthumbs:

That's what you call cleaning the paint! Your IS looks hot!

How long did the paint cleaning take you?

Dude, you got me interested in that Pinnacle Cleansing Lotion! Sweet results by the way, cant wait to see the full correction!

Does the paintwork cleanser remove swirls?

No, not really. I think it has some fillers thou. It left no marring. I used it to strip my old wax to test fuzion. Im gonna used Menzerna 4000 or 4500 for my upcoming correction. My car has slight swirls here and there, not much.

Nice job and I love your wheels. The car looks so clean (the overall lines of it).

The paint too.

One sweet IS. Love the concave wheels. I would be scared driving by any potholes those tires are thin. 30s or 25?

The IS is beautiful.

Thanks. It gets plenty of looks thats for sure. I was actually in the market for an S2000. This was on the lot, bone stock, test drove it and the rest is history. I still wanna get the Honda later on.

That is a beautiful Lexus. Nicely done with good taste. Wheel fitment is spot on.

Oh the paint looks amazing. I was drawn to the stance.

I just recieved the last VIP special with the Pinnacle PCL, shampoo, and Sig Series II. I wasn't sure about the cleansing lotion at first but I'm defineately gonna have to try it out soon after seeing your results. Looks Great!!!

Wow, I could never go eight months between claying and still feel that the paint is clean enough not to clay - industrial pollution (with all the construction and lax air pollution controls) is pretty bad over here.

Im pretty religious about washing amd spray waxing to keep my sealant durable.

Imo the cleansing lotion is a great wax stripper if your not correcting paint. I wouldnt use it at all if I'm performing a correction. Your polish would do that job. The bodywork shampoo is a bit spendy but smells amazing. You dont need a lot for a 5 gallon bucket, it works great. Sig series imo is up there with some upper end waxes. Another favorite in my collection.

Pinnacle PCL is get to prepare the car for waxing and you are right you do not know how dirty your paint is till you take the PCL to it!
Car looks amazing!
