At today's Cars & Coffee, Mike Phillips led a tech session with Nick Rutter featuring the RaggTopp Fabric Convertible Top Cleaner & Protectant Kit and the RaggTopp Convertible Leather Care Kit.
Here's Mike explaining the Raggtopp product line in front of the demo car fo rhte day, a 2005 Mazdaspeed Miata.
To start off, Nick Rutter used the Raggtopp's Leather Care Kit on the Mazda's leather seats
The kit includes RaggTopp Convertible Leather Cleaner, RaggTopp Convertible Leather Conditioner and 2 Applicator Pads.
Both products are simple and quick to use, simply wipe on with the included applicators, then remove with a microfiber towel. It is especially important to protect leather seats in convertibles, as they are exposed to direct UV Rays, in addition to sweat and acids when the top is down and temperatures are up.
After the quick applicaton of the Raggtopp Leather Car Kit, the top went up and Mike demonstrated how to differentiate a cloth top from a vinyl top.
Mike explaining to the audiance that Raggtopp's Ciba Tinuvin UV Blockers are the strongest protectectant out there and will help prevent the top from fading, and prevent the growth of Mildew.
Mike threw a cup of water on the top to see if the top was protected, which is indicated by the water beading. This car is parked in the Florida sun all day long, yet after 3 months since the last application, Raggtopp Fabric Protectant is still repelling water and protecting the top. If the top was not protected then the water would lie flat and slowly soak into the canvas top.

After the top was dried, Mike demonstrated how to apply the Protectant.
The RaggTopp Fabric Convertible Top Cleaner & Protectant Kit come with a spray handle to connect to the aerosol can and makes spraying the can a breeze.
After the Protectant has been sprayed, Mike spreads the protectant out over the top to ensure that it bonds to the canvas.
If your top has a plastic window, Plex-All by McKee's 37 is a great product to help keep the windown in great shape and prevent from yellowing.
Simply spray on, and wipe off with a microfiber towel. This product cleans, polishes and protects all in one step.
