Rare Shipping Snafu

I ordered some stuff (including a gallon of Fuzion spray wax) on 1/19/2018 during the 25% off sale.

The package was picked up at WPB,Fl on 1/19 at 12:00am. On 1/23 it arrived in Tracy,CA and on 1/24 in San Jose,CA. It's all good at that point except at 6:32PM tracking showed damaged in transit, returning to shipper. Oops. So, on 1/30 it is delivered back to Stuart,FL. I've been pretty busy last week so I didn't have time to track the package but I wanted the Fuzion last weekend but it never arrived. Oh well, I forgot about it until this morning (2/1/2018) when I received an E-Mail notification that my order had processed. ??? Strangeness. I logged into AGO, tracked the package and it said "Delivered" except the location was Stuart,FL. More ???

The gallon of Fuzion must have made one heck of a mess when the seam separated on the container. I've had multiple gallons of McKee's products leak and I'm guessing the Fuzion uses the same black polycarbonate bottles. Maybe it is time to change OEM vendors. I never have this problem with Megs or OPT polypropylene bottles and I've ordered a ton of gallons from AGO. I like the polycarbonate bottles better but the seams are probably more vulnerable to separation when handled rough.

Anyway, when my order finally does arrive it will probably be 2+ weeks from the order date. One of the perils of being 3000+ miles away from WPB, I guess. No complaints, just comments. I couldn't be happier with AGO's customer service and products. They are all top-tier.

I wish I could get gallons via West Coast Shipping. The bulk of what I order these days is gallon quantities.

Yes, I have taken advantage of it a few times. It works well. I'm usually not in a hurry, especially for gallons. You have to remember that we pay 9.5% or thereabouts sales tax in California. Amazon Prime charges the tax for Amazon Prime goods. I often order through the PBMG store on Amazon and avoid that sales tax. I'm not complaining about paying taxes, it is a good problem to have and I appreciate paying taxes vs not being able to pay any taxes. I just avoid paying them when possible.

I agree that the west coast shipping thing is not very useful unless you're not ordering excluded items and you need to order $95 or more. I'm really out of things to order but when 25% showed up I decided to pull the trigger on a gallon of Fuzion spray wax plus a few other things I wanted. Otherwise, I'm done ordering because I have enough product inventory to last me many years. I'm also out of space to store all of the bottles of products plus all of my pads.
