ok thanks everyone for the help, i have purchased the wolfgang paint sealer 3.0, auto bathe,pinnicale singnature series II wax, meguires ultimate compound and the 3m paint restorer kit which i have already used just to clean the paint, on the way is pinnicale paint works cleansing lotion. it's raining here today but will be nice out for the rest of the week will post some pics. And I have a 6 inch orbital buffer

Wash the car, dry and then clay. Once all lubricant is removed, then proceed to ultimate compound. It should restore most of the color and gloss

He might need polish after the compound. But from some of my experiences, UC has left a nice shine.
