Reciprocating Saw Scrub Brush, other attachments

I've got about $100 on a Lowes gift card and I saw this in the store the other day. It came up on the Front Page of Slickdeals, which reminded me about them. I was curious what you guys thought about using it to scrub carpet, tires, etc. I have a drill brush already, but sometimes, I don't like the rotation of it. I feel it "twists" the fibers of the carpet... Since it comes with 2 other attachments besides the Nylon brush, I was thinking of cutting or removing the bristles from the steel one and the scrub pad and attaching a softer brush with a bolt or something...

Thoughts?

This is one tool that I have never even thought about
utilizing in conjunction with any detailing processes!

The in & out...back & forth motions:
A person surely can find areas of a vehicle to put them to
good use---eggcrate grills; between wheel spokes; etc.
