Okay so I'm going to be looking into purchasing one of the Bouncer's Waxes and I'm curious which would make the metallic in my cars paint "pop" the most?

They have "Capture the Rapture", "Vanilla Ice", "Salute the Fruit", "Sherbert Fizz", "Bouncer's 22", and "Satsuma Rock".

I have Fuzion and love it along with other Dodo Juice waxes (I know Bouncer's is not Dodo). I just like trying different waxes and I have heard nothing but good things about this brand.

Just a little info on my car so you know what I'm working with.

I know Son1c has used some so if you could chime in I would appreciate it.

I've used Sherbert Fizz, Bouncers 22 and Satsuma Rock on my Red Metallic Paint. I left each on for about 2 weeks to get an idea of looks and durability. I believe I have pictures on my camera of each wax applied to my bike and will post them asap.

They all looked great. Sherbert Fizz looked to me like the most traditional carnauba "warm glow" and smells amazing. Satsuma Rock is the most durable of the three and looked shinier. Bouncers 22 blew me away (ask anyone that works here :) ). For the 2 weeks I had it on my bike my jaw was on the floor. I've renamed that wax the B22 stealth bomber :) My vote goes to the B22, although I've heard great things about Capture the Rapture...

The only pic I could currently find of Bouncers 22...this pic doesn't do it justice...

I have CTR but have yet to use it. Looks wise, that's supposed to be tops - but at the expense of durability. I think Vanilla Ice is supposed to be a good compromise of durability and looks. Satsuma and 22 are not for me, as they are only 100 ml tubs - less than half of the stuff that actually comes from Bouncers.

If I'm going to spend sixty some dollars for 100cc of wax, I'd rather just spend a littler more and get 8oz.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the Bouncers waxes. But to me, the ones made by Dodo, are well, Dodo waxes - and if your looking to try something different, get one of the Bouncers 8oz pots.

I just was not very impressed with Vanilla Ice...used on half my hood...

I would be interested in trading it for a full pot of a Dodo Wax...

My review on sherbet fizz
I was impressed with that wax, it goes on EXTREMELY THIN otherwise buff off gets cumbersome, if you want to make your metallic flake pop that is the way to go
I have satsuma rock but have not had the opportunity to use it yet
I honestly have yet much negatives on Jay's waxes
Satsuma Rock is referred to as Bouncers 22 2.0 however I think it's more of a variation as many still enjoy 22 even over Satsuma (in some cases)

What look are you going for? What about durability? Capture the Rapture intrigues me the most personally, and if you have some time look up Bouncer's Blue Lagoon
Blue lagoon - Product Launch - it's here at last ! - Detailing World

Just looking for something to make the metallic pop! Durability is of no concern for me because I, like some, wax very frequently. I will look into the Bouncer's Blue Lagoon

If flake is your focus then I believe sherbet fizz will be your best bet! It's a good value as well

I've only used 22 - I have the signed jar#4 of the first production run - but it's a great wax for metallics. In fact, it was the sample tests done on lighter-colored and metallic cars over on Detailing World - even before the wax was released as an actual product - that convinced me to get it; most carnaubas work well on darker colors, but those that also look good on lighter ones, or don't mute flake, are a somewhat rarer breed.
