Here is a good list to keep on ya if you forget something or you can use it to hand the customer showing what all you completed or maybe some areas you had problems with.​

Very nice checklist and reference, thanks for sharing!. I use one very similar to that, and I always make sure to leave the customer a copy to see exactly what was tended to. It also helps me make sure I've hit every area. I also have a "thank you" card I send out to each customer that also serves as a customer response card to help get feedback from them and whether they were happy with the detail. Its been very well received!
