Remixing a polish??

I bought the 32oz container of the new OPT polish a few months back. I have noticed from even the first use that the polish doesn't seem to have been mixed well. It looks kind of lumpy and when I try and squeeze it out of the small dispensing hole I often get a little bit of liquid before I get any actual product. I don't want to throw this out since its still about 90 per cent full. I do hear some liquid sloshing around in the bottom if I give it a shake, could I empty the contents into a clean plastic container and then use a blender to try and mix it up? I like this polish but not being able to use it without taking off the lid of the container and dabbing some onto my pad is driving me nuts.
