Removing black spots from headliner

I am looking for some advice. I have 2 black spots on a light gray Altima 2013 headliner and I was wondering what would be the best way to removing without making matters worse? I had a similar problem with another light headliner. Someone told me to use a baby wipe and it left a water mark. Thanks for any info.

Try a carpet and upholstery cleaner. Spray on the spot let it sit for a few seconds and then lightly agitate with a microfiber towel. I personally prefer folex.
