A friend has a white Miata with black mildew/mold spots covering a good portion of the paint, collecting most around the rear bumper and gas filler cap.
Where should one start to tackle a project like this?
I'd start with washing and claying. As Pureshine has mentioned you may need to use an all purpose cleaner to get rid of the main portion prior washing the car. A 5% bleach mixture may be helpful if the APC doesn't work.
