Could the moderators please remove all information pertaining to me please? I will no longer be participating. Thanks

C'mon...

How much FUN would it really be,
to have to go throughout ones Life
here on Earth, thinking that all traits
are simply dominant or recessive: i.e.,
having only two (2) possible alleles?

What? Mike...What's the harm in sticking around? You're an extremely knowledgeable person, and your input is valued by a lot around here.

Is this about the coatings post exchange?

Yeah, that looks like it. I think maybe this is a case where everybody got a little more excited than they needed to and everybody just needs to take a breath. Of course that's easy for me to say.

Glad it's not just me. I had a thread of mine closed a couple months back for what I thought was a valid question about product similarities. Apparently, I was in violation of forum rules. That was not my intention but fair enough. However, the tone the moderator took with me in his post closing the thread was, IMO rude and over the top. I feel the same way about the tone Mike Phillips took with the Mike Lambert. Perhaps, "the Mikes" have a rapport with each other so MP's comment was not offensive to ML. Judging by this thread, that's not the case.

I've noticed this happening more frequently since the announcement of new owners. It makes me wonder if tensions are high at PBMC?

In any event, I have since started to explore other avenues for my purchases and I don't frequent the forums as much as I used to. To make an analogy, if I walked into Home Depot and a worker spoke to me in the way I describe above, I would't be going back.

I think it is important for the moderators to realize that "tone" is very subjective and can have far reaching ramifications if taken badly by the customer.

I hope this is post is received with the same intention for which it was written.

I guess the customer is not always right. Wish you would just take a break Mike L and come back at a later date. Your input on this forum is highly respected.
