I'm still a newbie to the detailing world. I made attempt at removing some scratches off of my winter beater. Its a 1996 520I BMW euro spec. The hood, roof and trunk have hail damage and clear coat failure. So I can't make it look worse.
I used my recently purchased Groits DA an orange pad a some of my free sample of wolfgang swirl remover.
Came out pretty good, but I plan on taking it a step further and got some 2500 sandpaper and try wet sand some and then some more wolfgang swirl remover.
I washed it the other day and hit it with some Hydro2 it had some nice beading this morning
Still there but way better.
Glad I have this car to experiment with.
