Removing spray paint from wheel?

Well turns out last night I ran over some sort of spray paint can while following buddies through a construction zone. This happened last night and the car has been driven since so it may be caked on a little bit

Wheels is gloss black clear coated(they're filthy from a week of driving)

my options will be, polish or with thinner, cloth and very careful.

Goof off MIGHT work, but I don't know if it would be any less harsh than thinner or mineral sprits. WD 40 might even work, since it's relatively fresh.

Well tried some wd40 and looked like it removed it. But it's still there somewhat. Guess I'll have to try it again over multiple times
